Returns Policy

TROVEA offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers.

Returns are free of charge for UAE customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For international orders (outside UAE), cost of shipping for all returns and exchanges and customs costs (if any) will be paid by the customer.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Refunds are only issued in the case of Credit Card/Paypal orders and once items have reached our warehouse. All orders made with Cash on Delivery are eligible for exchanges only.

Process

Guest Users:

If you have checked out as a Guest User, you must first sign up for an account using the same email. You will then see your order in your account and be able to request a refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

You can exchange an item online at TROVEA.com by following these steps.

  • Log in to 'My Account' at www.TROVEA.com
  • Choose the order that includes products you want to exchange.
  • Select the product to exchange and fill in the required information.
  • You will receive an email with a coupon code (with the value of the exchange) to use during checkout of your exchange order.

To process an exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.

Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable to Credit Card and Paypal orders and will be returned to the original form of payment once the items reach our warehouse. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps.

    • Log in to the 'My Account' at www.TROVEA.com
    • Choose the order that includes products you want to exchange.
    • Select the product to exchange and fill in the required information.

To process a refund successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & ensure tags are attached.

International Orders Returns

For any order outside the UAE, the customer must bear the cost of returning products to our warehouse in Dubai. The refund will be processed on receiving items at the warehouse. Contact us for the exact address. Please email us the tracking information of your return package within 7 days of receiving the items.
